Power Letter: How to ride the highs and embrace the lows

Hey!

Here’s your by-weekly 4 minute read to kick-start your week!

A quote that inspired me:

“Life is a rollercoaster. You can either scream every time you hit a bump… or you can throw your hands up and enjoy the ride.”

This quote nails it. Life is always a series of ups and downs. But it’s not about avoiding the lows or clinging to the highs — it’s about riding them all with purpose and presence….

A life hack: How to ride the highs and embrace the lows

You can’t control the rollercoaster, but you can master how you ride it. Here’s how:

Celebrate like a champion. Hit a milestone? Don’t just move on. Pause. Feel it. Soak it in. Wins are fuel. But don’t just celebrate the big ones. Even small wins deserve a moment of recognition. Why? Because they’re proof you’re moving forward.

Stay humble, stay hungry. No victory is forever. No loss is final. Don’t let success make you complacent. Don’t let failure define you. Learn. Adapt. Keep pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone.

Anchor yourself. In chaos or success, remember your core. Your values, your purpose. They keep you grounded. When things get overwhelming, ask: “What truly matters?” This clarity is your lifeline.

Flip the script on setbacks. Every low? A lesson in disguise. Don’t just get frustrated — get curious. What went wrong? What can you do differently next time? Transform obstacles into opportunities.

Choose your response. You can’t always control what happens, but you can always choose how you react. That’s your power. Breathe. Pause. Then respond with intention, not emotion.

In the end, it’s not the highs or the lows that define you — it’s how you show up through it all.

What’s on my mind:

OMG… I don’t even know where to begin about the last two weeks…

But I’m still buzzing from the amazing Emerce New Sales event last weel 🤩

🙏 So many incredible conversations and new connections
🎤 My talk about how corporate life (especially sales) is TOPsport
📗 And the launch of my new book! Pinch me!

PS you can find my book HERE

It’s been an incredible high — one of those weeks that makes me so grateful for what I get to do every single day.

But there’s also been a downside. Last week, we said goodbye to someone close to us… and it’s a reminder. A reminder of how precious time is. Of how fragile this rollercoaster called life really is….

That’s why I’m all in on embracing both — the highs and the lows. I’ve laughed. I’ve cried. I’ve felt it all.

Because in the end, every moment counts!

Enjoy your week!
